1. Return Eligibility
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of skincare and cosmetic products:
Returns are only accepted in case of:
Damaged product received
Defective product
Wrong item delivered
To be eligible:
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Proof (clear unboxing video/photos) is mandatory
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Minor variations in color, fragrance, or texture
3. Replacement Policy
Eligible cases will be offered replacement first, subject to stock availability
If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
Once approved:
Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Amount will be credited to:
Original payment method OR
Bank account (in case of COD)
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
6. Return Shipping
If return is approved:
We may arrange pickup OR
Customer may be requested to ship the product
Return shipping cost will be:
Covered by us (if error is ours)
Borne by customer (in exceptional approved cases)

This policy is governed by the laws of Maharashtra and applicable Indian consumer protection laws
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane
